1 General Terms & Conditions

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

• Each individual may register only one account.
• Accurate and truthful information is mandatory during registration.
• Your account is for your personal use only — operating an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

8mbetsco may request a national ID, passport, or other documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

3 Deposit Policy

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Minimum deposit amount is BDT 100 — this may vary depending on the payment method.
• Mobile banking, e-wallets, and bank transfers are all accepted.
• Deposits are generally free of processing charges, though your payment provider may apply its own fees.
• Once a deposit is completed, it cannot be reversed; however, the balance may be withdrawn from your account.

4 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawing from 8mbetsco is a straightforward and transparent process, though the following conditions must be met:

• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 hours.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The standard daily withdrawal limit for regular members is BDT 200,000.

8mbetsco charges no hidden withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own charges, which are outside 8mbetsco's control.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

8mbetsco bonus and promotional offers are available to all eligible members. However, each offer carries its own terms that must be followed:

• Each bonus comes with a specific wagering requirement (xBDT) — details are listed on the offer page.
• Not all games are eligible for bonus balance play — the list of qualifying games is available on the promotions page.
• A promotion may only be used once unless otherwise stated.
• If bonus abuse is detected (multiple accounts, collusion, etc.), the bonus will be voided.
• A first deposit is required to qualify for the registration bonus.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days — any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.

6 Gaming Rules

All games at 8mbetsco are operated in accordance with international standards:

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified RNG (Random Number Generator).
